report writing. Provided consulting services for a national helmet manufacturing company’s
compliance plan for a consent order with the Idaho Division of Environmental Quality (IDEQ). As Project Manager responsibilities
included completing technical and mechanical components of an air quality Permit to Construct application. Designed
a waste minimization plan for facility operations. Assisted in the construction and implementation of waste characterization
plan and Phase II investigation of the facility. Throughout the project served as primary interface between principals
and IDEQ. Performed a Phase I & Phase II investigation for the transfer of a large
fixed base operating airline facility. Extensive review included historical data acquisition on facility operations,
former remediation project investigation and adjacent site use. Recommendations for further investigation were provided
for facility waste management, hazardous waste disposition, UST/AST management and an O&M
plan for asbestos management. Provide IDEQ and State Attorney General interface for a Phase
II and Phase III investigation and remediation project for a 240-acre property. As Project
Manager performed design and implementation of a corrective action plan and client debriefings with each phase of the project. Provided environmental

Reviewed historical data and regulatory requirements for large dairy operations and conducted site inspections and provided
reports detailing findings of potential environmental liability for past and future operations. Project Manager for emergency response team for Idaho, Eastern Oregon, Eastern Washington, Utah and Nevada. Projects included fuel spills, chemical spills, on-site waste characterization,
VOC soil contamination, water contamination, site containment, waste packaging and transportation and site remediation. Quantified Chromium +6 emissions from a plating facility evaporation tank for a compliance audit for Washington
State Department of Ecology. Performed one of the initial tests of EPA Method 306-A.Performed indoor air quality analysis to determine worker exposure to ethylene glycol
and assure compliance with State of Idaho and Federal OEL’s. Testing was performed in accordance
with NIOSH 5500. Performed review for the quantification of arsenic emissions from remediation
of contaminated soils at hazardous waste site. Evaluated potential emissions from selected remediation designs.
Presented findings for IDEQ review and an issuance of no further action required for permitting. Conducted
emissions testing for the determination of TSP and PM10 emissions from an asphalt batch plant. Additional environmental consulting project summaries available upon request. |
